The coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, where our travel insurance policies will respond subject to the terms and conditions of your state approved form. While our plans continue to pay claims and respond to the multitude of named events and perils we cover, you should NOT buy our plan for the purpose of responding to COVID-issues like closure of borders, resorts, airline cancellations, governmental restrictions, or general concerns over travel as those are not covered.

BEFORE your original travel date arrives, contact the provider you purchased our plan through:

  1. Move Travel Dates: If your reservation can be moved to a future travel date, we allow you to move your “per-trip” plan travel dates without fee. Or,
  2. Plan Refund: You may request a refund of your policy past the 21 day free look included, provided you do not have a claim, have filed a claim, or have traveled.
